About me
I'm Andrea, an Italian food creator based in Barcelona. What started with making fresh pasta at home slowly turned into dinners, recipes, and a curiosity for the people behind food. Today I spend my time hosting intimate dining experiences, documenting restaurants and food businesses, and sharing the dishes, stories, and processes that inspire me along the way. I believe good food is never just about the plate. It's about the people around the table.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A set menu built around fresh seasonal ingredients, 4-5 courses, designed as one coherent meal. Wine pairing or natural wine selection. The story behind every dish — where the idea came from, why that flour, why that shape. A space that feels like somewhere, not just somewhere nice
